Welcome to the last part of „How to stay on track with your life?“. If you haven't read Part 1 & 2 yet, I recommend you to do that first, so you can benefit and feel the real power of these simple exercises. Links below: Lets recap. what have we done so far. First week we exercised a „5x3 gratitude routine“, which we repeated every day of the week. After about a week we added „forgive and let go exercise“, which we repeated every day right after the 5x3 gratitude routine. You should already feel some changes within you, some may feel it more than others; changes that affect the way you feel about your life and yourself.
Now you are ready to add the last part. Make yourself comfortable...right after you finish „forgive and let go“ exercise, enjoy the feeling of well being for a minute; then I want you to use the power of your imagination. As you are lying there in your bed, imagining, just imagining, how are you „glowing“ or in other words how the happy and balanced feeling is resonating from your body. You may see it as a bright colour, that is resonating from inside of you, and expanding to your surrounding, expanding to the edges of your bed, continuing and filling up your room, your apartment/house, slowly expanding, and through the power of your imagination, the bright light that is coming from „inner you“ is expanding further and further, to the end of the street, covering the whole city and people that live in there. Your inner vibration/light that is leaving your body is full of positive energy, and once this energy reaches other people, they can feel positive, warm and calm feelings. You can imagine specific people that you know, for example your friends, family and so on, and once the light touches them they feel much better. You are spreading your positive energy, your positive feeling, your positive vibration around you. You let this flight go as far as your imagination lets you, as far as you feel comfortable with, each day you can add and expand further until you cover the whole earth. Don't be shy about this exercise, if it will work as good as it worked for me and the people that I know of, then after you finish you will feel very positively energized. You will feel how the positive energy is coming from inside of you and how your great mood/energy/vibration is positively affecting people around you. After a few days you might notice positive changes in the behaviour of people around you (they might treating you better way, more respectful way, they might smile at you more, and feel better in your company). All these exercises (in part 1, 2 & 3) should take about 21 day. After this period of time you should see emazing changes in your life. The way you evaluate things and prioritize things may change a lot. You may continue in these exercises for as long as you want, or revisit them whenever you feel like you need it. Sometimes we decide to change all our life and sometimes all we need is to look at our life from a different perspective, from a different angle to find the answer we are looking for. I hope you enjoyed this journey, and that these exercises were as helpful to you as they were for me 5 years ago, when I had undergone great self realization and changes in my life. I wish you all the best on your life journey. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me.

Welcome back to part 2, „How to stay on track with your life?“. If you haven't read Part 1 yet, I strongly advise you to do that first, so you can benefit and feel the real power of these simple exercises. Link below Now that you have exercised 5 x 3 ´gratitude routine´ for about a week you can add more things.
The reason why we don't add this exercise from the beginning is so that we keep it simple, we get used to the routine first, we get more positive over the few days and then we can expand and build on top of it. We don't want to overwhelm ourselves in the beginning, as we know sometimes less is more. After you finish saying the last thing that you are grateful to yourself, as you are lying there in your bed, think of the person who you are angry with, you can think of a specific situation, specific argument, and now I want you to say (in your mind or out loud) that you forgive him/her (you might not mean it at this point but say it anyway), and then ask for forgiveness from him/her. As we all know every coin has 2 sides and each of us see things from our own perspective. For example, I used to get so angry every morning at these irresponsible drivers, getting all angry and when I got to work I was already in a bad mood. Let's try to empathize more, maybe this person has a reason why he/her driving so quickly/badly, maybe they are late for important business meeting or a school exam, maybe they are rushing to a hospital, and they don't realize they are causing you a hassle, maybe they are nervous because they just heard very bad news about member of their family and that affected their driving… We are all focused on ourselves, on our own path, on our own side of the coin, without noticing the whole big world around us. All we need is a bit of kindness and empathy. Close your eyes and say „I forgive you, I forgive you for….“ (try to use your empathy when saying it) and after that say „Please forgive me, forgive me for….“. If you are not sure what you how exactly you hurt this person, you can simply say „...please forgive me for any difficulties that I may have caused you...“ (again try to use your empathy when saying it). Maybe you are angry (passively or actively), with your work colleague, or a family member, or a good friend or just a random person who roodly jumped in front of you in a que. Learn to let go. Don´t forget you are going this for yourself. When you learn to let go, your life will be much happier, you will be much less stressed, you will no longer waste your time and energy on the anger and past situations that you cannot change. Add this exercise of forgiveness and letting go to your daily routine, right after your gratitude exercise. I hope this will work for you as well as it worked for me and that people around you will see the difference in your actions, in your moode, in your inner vibe, as they did when I went through this process. In a few days I will release the last part, Part 3, which will be the final part on your path to staying on track with your life, and improving your life in general. #Selfcare #mindfulness #love #selflove #hypnotherapy #lifecoaching #getbetter #selfdevelopment #selfwork #meditation #gratitude #gratefulness #selfmotivation #coaching #lifechange #letgo #forgiveness #empathy #kindness Sometimes we all experience difficult times in our life, and that is completely okay. Everyone at one point or another goes through „dark time“ when we are insecure about ourselves, when we question if what we do is the right thing to do, when we question our existence and reason to live or reason to stay on the path we are on… I will share with you a few tips that helped me and my clients in these difficult times. ajority of us know what to do to get us out of that deep dark place we got ourselves in, however sometimes it is more easily said than done. How to motivate yourself? How to find the way back to “the light”? How to find the right path for us?
Firstly, stay calm, you are not alone. There is plenty of advice on the internet on how to deal with these situations, and I will share with you a few steps that are very useful and work well from mine experience. 1st. When you wake up, before you get up from the bed, before you brush your teeth or have a shower, think of 5 things that you are grateful for in your personal life. I know it can come across as a difficult task at this point of your life, but don´t worry, it could be small things like that you are grateful to have a food for today, or you can be more specific and be grateful for that favorite piece of danish pastry that is waiting for you in the kitchen. You can be grateful for the nice weekend you spend with your friends or family. You can be grateful that your family is healthy, grateful that you had a chance to see and catch up with whoever you did see and catch up with :), and so on. 2nd. Name 5 things you are grateful for in your career life. For example you can be grateful that you have a job, a job that ensures you have food and a roof above your head. If you do not have a job at the minute you can be grateful for your past work experience. Grateful for what you have learned there, new skills you have gained, people you met... Take your time, don't rush it through. If you need to, you can set your alarm 5 to 10min earlier so you have time for this exercise, why shall you do that? Because what is 10min in your day compared to feeling better and finding peace in your life again. 3rd. Name 5 things that you are grateful to yourself. I know this may seem like an impossible task for you at this point, but take your time and take it easy. For example you can be grateful for the great cup of coffee you made yourself yesterday; you can be grateful for your health; you can be grateful for what ever part of your body you like the most; you can be grateful to yourself that you pay your bills on time, or that you woke up on time, or for the nice dinner you made yourself last night, and so on. Soon you will find so many things that you will not be able to stop just with 5. Exercise this every day for 3 weeks and you will see a great change. I personally felt the changes after 2 weeks of daily exercising this simple routine. I felt amazing! I looked at my life completely differently, I was back on track with my life, saw it and appreciated it from a completely different angle. Image this could be you, feeling amazing and life full. I know this could seems easy, one may even wonder how could this possibly help me with my situation? To that, I can simply say, it did help me and it did help many people that I know. I always look at things as, why not try this new thing, what do I lose if I try it? Don´t forget to share your experience below, and let me know how this worked for you. #Selfcare #mindfulness #love #selflove #hypnotherapy #lifecoaching #getbetter #selfdevelopment #selfwork #meditation #gratitude #gratefulness #selfmotivation #coaching #lifechange From my experience, one will have difficulties to find a „purpose“ in life if they haven't found themselves yet. What do I mean by that?I think the first thing we need to do is to get to know ourself, and I mean really know. I put together a small list of steps that could help you on your journey to find your “purpose”. 1st Step – Find time for yourself. Talk to yourself. Don't be afraid to be alone with yourself. Find out all your Good and ´Bad´ habits. This may take time, and that is Okay, take as much time as you need.
2nd Step - ‘Own it!’ Accept who you are, with all the good and bad habits, make them all yours, learn to love them, All of them. These habits, these personal characteristics are what makes you ‘You’. No one is perfect in everyone's eyes, everyone has a different perspective of ‘perfect’. We are all perfect in our own way. 3rd Step – Once you truly accept yourself, learn to Love yourself, all of it. Look at yourself in the mirror and talk to yourself like you are your best friend, like you are your lover. Love and appreciate every piece of yourself, physical and mental. This might be difficult and no one expects you to do it all in one day, but I promise you will absolutely love the feeling of freedom. Freedom from others judgment, freedom from others opinions, freedom from You judging or criticizing yourself. You'll feel ‘Whole’. You will find inner peace and balance. 4th Step – Now that you are true to yourself, that you know yourself, accept and love yourself the way you are, you can focus on what you are passionate about. You could be passionate about multiple things, just go and try them all, enjoy the feeling doing something that brings you joy. Sometimes we go back to our childhood hobbies, or we found out some new things that we are passionate about throughout life. Once you find out what you are passionate about, what makes you truly happy, you will find your purpose. Nevertheless enjoy the journey. I hope this will help some of you to find what you are looking for, and find your true self that is worth every piece of your love. #purpose #lifepurpose #lifecoaching #selflovejourney #selflove #selfdevelopment #improveyourlife #findingpurpose #findyourpassion #findyourself |
